Col Prem Prakash, SM(Retd), the Group Director of the AIPECCS Society and CSKM Group of Institutions did his Masters in English from HNB Garhwal University. He did his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from NIFM, Faridabad. Col Prem Prakash has rich experience of 39 years (including Army)
Col Prem Prakash, SM(Retd) was awarded Computer Literacy Award -2005 by DIT, New Delhi, during his tenure as Commandant. He attended IPSC, Round Square and Sahodaya (CBSE Principals’ Conference) meet and iDiscoveri School Leadership Course. He led Student Exchange Programme to Pakistan in 2007 and NCC Youth Exchange Programme to Sri Lanka in 2009. He established and conducted training at Leadership and Self- Development Centre (LSDC) and Youth Employment Guidance Node (YEGN) in Kashmir Valley and also conducted SSB classes for Jawans joining Armed Forces as Officers. He commanded his Battalion in Siachen Glacier. He received Chief of Army Staff Commendation Cards during his tenure as Commandant. He attended Strategic School Leadership Programme at IIMA in Oct 2019. He attended School Leadership Programme by Eduexcellence at IITD in Dec 2019. He was nominated Chief Nodal Supervisor by RO, CBSE for conduct and evaluation of Board exams and papers. He was nominated as State and City Coordinator by NTA for conduct of NEET and JEE. He is acting as Lead Collaborator of Hub Schools.
He is an excellent sports person, fond of Tennis and Squash. He is an avid photographer and is fond of guitar and flute. He has been awarded Sena Medal for Mountaineering- scaled Mt Kamet (25447 ft). He also completed his Member First Army Everest Expedition in 1985. He has submitted two papers in UGC sponsored conference on Dalit Literature and Translation of Bhasha Literature organised by HNB, Garhwal University, Dehradun.
I have joined Colonel Satsangi’s Kiran Memorial (CSKM) Public School family in my third innings after completing a highly successful journey in the Indian Army and serving our motherland for glorious 34 years; followed by a memorable six years of incredible experience as Principal, Radiant International School, Patna. I am deeply indebted to the love and affection extended in all these years in Army and Radiant.

I wish to consolidate existing practices and add some contemporary best practices like Blended Learning, Flipped Learning, Differential Learning, Soft Skills, Socio Emotional Learning, Empowering Mind and Unleashing Brilliance, Core Creative Competence, Parents as Force Multipliers, Building Employability Skills, Whole Brain Learning, Art of Positive Thinking, Blending Curriculum Subjects with Subjects of Competitive Exams, and Teachers as Leaders and so on.
CSKM is a revered Residential cum Day Boarding school of great repute and I wish to contribute and share my experiences to the best of my abilities. I seek blessings from the CSKM family, CSKM fraternity and all the stakeholders. I look forward to perpetuate the rich legacy of our Founder Chairman, Late Colonel PS Satsangi, VSM (Retd) and current Principal, Dr Shakuntala S Jaiman.
I wish to live by the philosophy of “Leadership characterised by focus on accomplishment of organisational goals through realisation of individual aspirations and co-created by team bonding”. I am sanguine that with the rich credentials and heritage of CSKM and its founding fathers and patrons, we will be able to set new goals and accomplish milestones not only to keep the pride of our stakeholders and well-wishers but to propel it to higher trajectory continuously.
